Overview
Shenbagadevi Waterfalls is a stunning 42-feet cascade located within the evergreen forests, just 6.6 km from Tenkasi. The easy trek through the beautiful forest also capture attention by virtue of a few intriguing historic rock inscriptions. The Rock bordered pool at the end point with the fragrant Shembaga trees and the Kutralam valley-view offers much delight to hikers and families. The destination is also of religious significance attributed to Goddess Shenbaga Devi.

Awesome trek with a great climate and a friendly atmosphere! 🌿⛰️ Everyone must visit Shenbagadevi Falls! 💦 It’s a very easy trek, perfect for beginners and families. The trekking route is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful, and the waterfall is absolutely worth visiting. 🌳✨ The office staff are very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. Overall, it’s a refreshing and enjoyable nature experience. ❤️ One small request to the management: please consider extending the trek up to Thenaruvi. 🙏 If the route could be extended to Thenaruvi, it would make the trekking experience even more exciting and memorable. 🌄🥾 Highly recommended! ⭐ Must-visit place for nature and trekking lovers! 🌿💦

I have booked for 6 persons only. But our group is 13 members. Mr. Durairaj guide cordially invited all member and made spot booking. All 13 members enjoyed trekking. Climate is superb at the time of trekking. The Forest Department advertise and made more facilities to trekking.

தமிழ்நாடு வனத்துறையின் சிறப்பான ஏற்பாட்டில் செண்பகாதேவி மலையேற்றம் மேற்கொண்டேன். இயற்கையின் அழகை மிக அருகில் ரசித்த இந்தப் பயணம், என் மனதில் என்றும் நிலைத்திருக்கும் ஒரு இனிய அனுபவமாக அமைந்தது. மலைப்பாதை முழுவதும் வீசிய குளிர்ந்த காற்றும், இடையிடையே பெய்த சாரல் மழையும், பசுமையான மரங்களும், மலைகளின் அழகும் மனதிற்கு அளித்த மகிழ்ச்சியை வார்த்தைகளால் முழுமையாக விவரிக்க முடியாது. 🌿🌧️ சாரல் மழையில் நனைந்தபடி மலைப்பாதையில் நடந்து சென்ற அந்த தருணங்கள், மனதிற்கு ஒரு விதமான அமைதியையும் புத்துணர்ச்சியையும் அளித்தன. இயற்கையின் மடியில் சில மணி நேரங்கள் செலவிட்டது, அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையின் சோர்வை மறக்கச் செய்தது. இந்த அழகான அனுபவத்தை ஏற்படுத்தித் தந்த தமிழ்நாடு வனத்துறைக்கு மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகள். 🙏🌳 இயற்கையை ரசிப்போம்… வனங்களை பாதுகாப்போம்… மலைகளை நேசிப்போம்… மனதை மகிழ்விப்போம்! 🌿💚----வெங்கடேசன், வேப்பூர், கடலூர் மாவட்டம்.

Perfect Naturewalk & Loved the initiative
Been here almost 15yrs ago - between now and then, due to restrictions, wildlife has come back - great to know this. Kannan was a great guide. He explained about all flora, fauna and the history of the place. Trek Tamilnadu is a great initiative to create awareness about nature and educate people about fragile ecology. It gives us an opportunity to appreciate nature and soak in it peacefully. We got nice caps and drank pure water of courtallam and finally completed our trek with a shower at Chittraruvi. A sincere request to the new Govt, please extend the trek to Theanaruvi too.
