Shenbagadevi Waterfalls is a stunning 42-feet cascade located within the evergreen forests, just 6.6 km from Tenkasi. The easy trek through the beautiful forest also capture attention by virtue of a few intriguing historic rock inscriptions. The Rock bordered pool at the end point with the fragrant Shembaga trees and the Kutralam valley-view offers much delight to hikers and families. The destination is also of religious significance attributed to Goddess Shenbaga Devi.

- Trekking in forests invariably requires physical endurance depending upon the category of the trek.

Great experience
Great trek .
Good short trek
The team contacted me the day before. The place to meet is not too far and it is inside the coutrallam town. The initial 5 mins has some steps. But thereafter it is a fantastic trek. Very informative guides. They were very friendly too. It did not take more than 45 mins for us to reach the falls. You may hence need only around 2 hours and not more. It was a nice experience.
Wonderful Experience
We had many local hill trekking experience in my childhood. But this one is wonderful and pleasant experience. Guide Mr.Kannan was so explanatory & friendly. He was explaining every bits and bites. Very valuable information on every place, plant and trees. We are planning for more & more Trails with Trek Tamil Nadu. One suggestion : Kindly provide any refreshment snacks or juice, it would be more apt.

The trekking route is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful, and the waterfall is absolutely worth visiting. 🌳✨ The office staff are very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. Overall, it’s a refreshing and enjoyable nature experience. ❤️ One small request to the management: please consider extending the trek up to Thenaruvi. 🙏 If the route could be extended to Thenaruvi, it would make the trekking experience even more exciting and memorable. 🌄🥾 Highly recommended! ⭐ Must-visit place for nature and trekking lovers! 🌿💦
Love with Nature
I have booked for 6 persons only. But our group is 13 members. Mr. Durairaj guide cordially invited all member and made spot booking. All 13 members enjoyed trekking. Climate is superb at the time of trekking. The Forest Department advertise and made more facilities to trekking.
